Incubation center is a co working space designed to incubate the upcoming startups from the college. ITS engineering college is a pioneer in innovative technology and to provide a conducive environment to these upcoming startups and innovators this coworking space was conceived.
The design theme is centered around innovation, youth and technology. The idea was to create an open layout that encourages conversations. Interactions and a provides a conducive environment for young entrepreneurs to grow their business.
The entrance Lobby is dynamic and welcoming which provides the glimpse of the overall theme. A Locker room is designed near the lifts to provide storage facility for the students.
As you enter the reception you get a view of the entire space that is divides in 6 separate zones i.e. Workstation Area, Faculty Cabins, Informal area, conference room, reception and Factory area. All the areas are highlighted using complimentary colored tiles with different color and texture to highlight each area.
The reception area is minimalistic with a simple ceiling design and a quirky Reception Table with graphics on the glass highlighting the firms and their inventions.
The work area has been compartmentalized to accommodate different teams working in the same space .The Working huts and partitions does an ideal job in giving a sense of privacy while retaining the openness of the whole space .
The area behind reception has a high table with bar stools which is an informal working are which can accommodate guests and additional team members working on temporary basis.
The two cabins are for the management to overlook the day to day functioning of the facility .
The informal area is a team discussion and relaxation area which will provide a break from desk seating and can be utilized for informal meetings and general group discussion.
The conference room with a capacity of 16 people is eye catchy with its pastel colored wall paneling's and a minimalistic ceiling design. With a projector on one wall and ample seating capacity it’s an ideal place for corporate meetings, Video conferencing, team building exercises and general conferences .
The factory area is an open plan layout with a huge 12’ entrance door created along with a ramp for easy movement of heavy machinery and products.
The walls are highlighted through a youthful color palette and motivational quoted pasted over them to result in a dynamic design.
